just wanted to let you know that we have first end customers who use a combination of
- A partner solution
- PTV Mira
- First the dispatcher uses the standard partner solution with an integrated Route Optimization Optiflow API based call.
- If there's something suspicious in the planning such as
- unscheduled orders
- unexpected assignment of orders to vehicles
- whatever
- He then asks Mira to connect to that job and analyses the output and creates alternative planning versions until he is "happy".
- The then gathers the JobID of the planning he is happy with
- and forwards it to the partner solution where he visualizes and perists the results
- the dispatcher uses Mira on a regular base for this process
- the dispatcher and the partner create an updated modell of the planning based on the findings. E.g. this could lead to
- updated parameter values (e.g. let's increase some violation costs for the area violation penalty)
- refined data modell (e.g. let's create a new constraint that ensures... for the future plannings)
