Hello,
we use a control to view carts Like OSM.
The technology behind is getting all tiles in webrequests.
I have found the gettilere quest at http://xserver.ptvgroup.com/en-uk/cookb ... s-servlet/
So I tried some requests...
This works, but there are no informations on the map
https://ajaxbg1-eu-n-test.cloud.ptvgrou ... -xxxx-xxxx
But when I tried this...
https://ajaxbg1-eu-n-test.cloud.ptvgrou ... -xxxx-xxxx
I got
As you can see, streetnames are cut and every request brings the cards legend.
What can I do?
Regards, Christian Freund
Build Cardview with Tiles
Re: Build Cardview with Tiles
With the xMap 1 it is not possible to request the map fully tiled. This is something we are improving for xMap 2.
For now you can request the background tiled and the foreground as a big overlay.
Which control are you using? If it is a 3rth party control I can check for possible samples.

Re: Build Cardview with Tiles
I found a (first) solution
I use the Style xmap-tiles there is no card legend.
But the Streetnames are allready cut.
If you use the file servers of OSM, Google or Bing, there are no problems.

Hello Freund,
as Joost already mentioned: You cannot use xMap1 as a tile server, and there's no workaround for this. You can apply for an xMap2 preview for xServer internet. XMap2 can be used as pure tile server. If you want to test this, send your request to test xMap2 to http://xserver.ptvgroup.com/en-uk/servi ... port-form/

Re: Build Cardview with Tiles
Hi!
We have sent a Support request because we want to use DevExpress MapControl WinForms control and we need access to xmap as a pure tile server (we've asked for access to test xMap2).
With the URL for satellite view from Nokia HERE found in your documentation, the DevExpress control has worked like a charm, so now we need the same kind of Access from xServer.
If it works fine (as we expect) we will post it here.
Thanks!
