New feature 2.19: OffRoadRouteLocation.considerDrivingSide

Hi there,

just a quick info that we invented the following new property of an OffRoadRouteLocation: you can now enforce that the route starts/ends on the proper side of a road.

Update (15.1.2021):
Feature has been renamed into com.ptvgroup.xserver.routing.SideOfStreetRestriction
  • SAME_SIDE_AS_LOCATION
  • ANY_SIDE


Sample is available in the Integration Samples
Screenshot taken from the integration samples. Route starts at GREEN and ends at RED. Depending on the property of the destination the route is direct (false) or performs a detour to approach the destination on the proper streetside.

One usecase I'll check soon is the collection of garbage... ;-) works!
