Problematic segment violation

Helo guys!

I think I've found a new segment which has wrong violation on it just like in the French case I mentioned previously there:

This time if I plan between these points:
StartLocation.Latitude = 48.530804;
StartLocation.Longitude = 21.254009;
EndLocation.Latitude = 48.531439;
EndLocation.Longitude = 21.253572;

According to the PTV map it seems like there is a weight/axle road limitation on the relevant segment but in my opinion that should take place on the close lower network class segment. Am I right?
