xMap URL with user and password

Hello PTV experts,

Usually service URL for xMap contains token parameter and looks like this:

https://xmap-eu-n-test.cloud.ptvgroup.c ... 56&styles=&xtok=<YOUR_TOKEN>

My customer does not have a token, but has PTV_ID, End user name, UserId and Password.

Can you please suggest how in this case my URL to xMap service shall look like? Or token is mandatory and I should figure out if it's really missing?

Hello Nikolai,

a token is mandatory for xServer INTERNET (the service URL you want to use).

Are we talking about your end customer while you are a reselling partner? Then this thread could help.
