Hello Guys!
We are facing an issue related to segment identifiers. If we send a routing request to PTV xRoute service, in some cases we receive -1 in firstPolyIdx values in RouteListSegments while the Polygon is not empty.
What can cause that behaviour? Could you please explain us the meaning of the value -1 ?

Hello Daniel,
sounds "improper". I recommend that you create a regular ticket via support.
Please provide complete support package incl. request/response.
