PTV Developer and Microsoft.NET Framework

Hi there,

as you might know we provide PTV Developer clients for Microsoft.NET Core on GITHUB.
As of today we do NOT provide clients for MS.NET Framework / PTV Developer.

Though MS.NET Framweork is already replaced by MS.NET Core we are aware that not every player can easily switch to MS.NET core and therefore we receive requests asking for MS.NET Framework based clients.

I already added a feature request (265161) into our system but it is not decided whether and how we will approach this. The alternatives I see at the moment are:

1. Create .NET Framework clients automatically and share them via GIT.
2. Share the underlying scripts with you to build your own ones.
3. Just rely on you to find the solution by yourself.
