Important change in PTV Logistics HELPDESK (15.9.2024)

HI there,
just wanted to let you know that we separated the helpdesk categories on September, 15th, 2024:
If you are a PTV Logistics customer and log in in the wrong portal you won't find your "old" tickets. Go for the new URL then. We already migrated your tickets to the new system!
Create all new tickets in the proper portal.

- The PTV Logistics products are now supported through https://support.ptvlogistics.com/en-US/ (new URL)
- The former PTV Mobility products stay available through https://support.ptvgroup.com/en-US/ (known URL)
If you are a PTV Logistics customer and log in in the wrong portal you won't find your "old" tickets. Go for the new URL then. We already migrated your tickets to the new system! Create all new tickets in the proper portal.
- LEFT : new Logistics URL
RIGHT : old mobility URL
