Important change in PTV Logistics HELPDESK (15.9.2024)

HI there,

just wanted to let you know that we separated the helpdesk categories on September, 15th, 2024: :!: If you are a PTV Logistics customer and log in in the wrong portal you won't find your "old" tickets. Go for the new URL then. We already migrated your tickets to the new system!
:!: Create all new tickets in the proper portal.
LEFT : new Logistics URL<br />RIGHT : old mobility URL

Nothing is as stable as change...

In December 2025 we will migrate the helpdesk to a new infrastructure.

If you write an emal to Support.xserver.de@ptvlogistics.com you will already trigger your new tickets via the new ZENDESK driven frontend. Give it a try!
