HINT: CompactnessLevel

Hi there,

just a hint for those who struggle with poor quality when it come to clustering:

CompactnessLevel = Default Value

Consider to use the com.ptvgroup.xserver.clusterplanningprofile.Clustering with a value 2 or 1. I managed to improve the output with these values:

CompactnessLevel = 1

In this particular example the underlying planning locations were given with very heterogeneous activities between 1 and >100.
This made it challenging for the algorithm to satisfy compactness AND balance...
