many of you are familiar with the Old PTV Support portal which is available at https://helpdesk.ptvgroup.com/
Your old content (Tickets with the ID PTV2_____) is still available in the old environment.

As some of you already noticed: PTV has set up a New PTV Helpdesk portal which is available at https://support.ptvgroup.com/ If you want to create new tickets you need to use the new portal and create a new account over there. New tickets will get an ID starting with "PTV3_____".
