Blocked Road (B169) is used

Hi Bernd ( and colleagues),
we faced a new 'problem'.
Some colleagues gave me a hint, that the B169 between Cottbus and Senftenberg is used although it`s blocked for trucks since March 2019.

Pls. are you able to check, if that`s an card-error.
maybe we missed an update?

Hello Sebastian,
thanks for the info. I will forward it to Product Management. Sounds challenging because of the delivery/pickup only structure. I used an ExceptionPath object to "fake" the restriction. Looks like there's no built-in mechanism (life traffic info or truck attribute) available for that part of the map.
- Sample routes from D-03042 Cottbus/Merzdorf to D-01968 Senftenberg/Brieske
LEFT - regular route - not what you want
RIGHT - malus of 2500 applied on the partial route from Cottbus center to Senftenberg
If I'm right we need a strategic approach for this.

Hello Sebastian,
the case is reported to DATA team which created tasks both for TOMTOM and HERE to get back to the providers. This is a long term topic then.

Hello Sebastian,
my latest status according o Issue XSERS-1627 is that we have reported the topic to the providers.
As mentioned above this kind of reaction requires a full roundtrip
user -> PTV -> provider -> PTV -> user

- 40t truck on his way from Cottbus to Senftenberg (processed on https://xserver2-europe-eu-test.cloud.ptvgroup.com with PTV World City Map Premium 2021.1H)
