Issues with the Customer Area (12.8.2025)

Hi there,

for those of you who want to download the latest servers from the customer area and therefore want to gather a login:
There's a known topic in the application:

• You can't request a new login / credentials via the "new login" button. Please get back to a consultant or to me - we know the workarounds.
• The password reset dialogue works fine.
• Login is possible with valid credentials.
• The downloads of the servers also works fine.
