xServer Internet updated to xServer 2.36 / World City Map 2025.2H

You can now evaluate the v2.36 API on the xServer2-eu prod.

My favourite new feature:

• Domestic Routing: the new property borderCost enables you to use a single vehicle profile which ensures that no borders are crossed (e.g. armed security transport, garbage disposal). Before this parameter was available you would have to use individual paratemers for the allowed countries... now simplified.
