Disappearing background in xMap .net control

Dear Forum Members,

We have encountered a strange error while using the xMap 1.18.0.0 control.
If the road restrictions checkbox is checked, the restrictions appear, but simultaneously the map disappears from the background - see attached image.

This does not happen if we use the demo .net application, only in our application which connects to our own xMap installation.

My question is, could anyone give us a hint where to look for the error in our xMap configuration?

HI Balázs,

this happens when you use the truckattributes layer without the required profiles on the server. If you copy the attached files into the conf folder of the xMapServer, the appearance sould be OK. You also can find these files in the folder \sources\Samples\XMapRoadEditor of the xServer .NET SDK.

Thanks, I have copied the files and restarted the xMap server, however, the problem persists...

But you still see the roads? Have you changed any of the rendering profiles for xMap?
