we released v2.29 some weeks ago. Unfortunately I haven't posted the regular announcement so far but here are the release notes. Please pay attention to the xtour discontinuation of monetary cost minimization. We are working on a follow-up solution. But this does not touch the monetary cost optimization for the xRoute service.

- xcluster
- Bugfix: In case of a request for the operation 'planClusters' with one planning location a proper response is returned.
xdata- Feature: Added field 'referenceTimes' to the type 'SegmentsOptions' of the operation 'getSegments' to return time-zone information for each segment. Please note that this is experimental.
- Improvement: The operation 'getSegments' returns only segments with a maximum distance of 5 kilometers to the given coordinate.
- Improvement: The error messages regarding the operation 'getSegments' are improved.
- Improvement: The time-consideration scenario 'TimeSpanConsideration' now supports the consideration of Feature Layer 'PTV_(Truck)SpeedPatterns'.

- Improvement: The time-consideration scenario 'TimeSpanConsideration' now supports the consideration of Feature Layer 'PTV_(Truck)SpeedPatterns'.
- Bugfix: Combining several negative penalties in the routing profile and using routing type 'CONVENTIONAL' no longer leads to timeouts.
- Bugfix: The distance matrix calculation works with coordinates close to 180 degree longitude (e.g. in New Zealand).

- Improvement: The time-consideration scenario 'TimeSpanConsideration' now supports the consideration of Feature Layer 'PTV_(Truck)SpeedPatterns'.
- Improvement: The performance of using Feature Layers is improved which has a significant impact especially for short routes.
- Improvement: The performance of using the field 'encodedPath' is improved.
- Bugfix: The stability when calculating alternative routes is improved.
- Bugfix: The missing service tour events are returned when the route contains long combined transports (ferries or trains).
- Bugfix: Combining several negative penalties in the routing profile and using routing type 'CONVENTIONAL' no longer leads to timeouts.
- Bugfix: Fixed bug determining the time-zone information for reference times close to the change from and to daylight-saving time.

- Discontinuation: Please note that from the next release on the monetary cost minimization will no longer be supported. The quality of the function did not meet our requirements and therefore it unfortunately has to be removed again. We are working on a follow-up solution.
- Feature: Added support for the compartment access restriction to consider two compartments in a vehicle whereby one can only be accessed through the other.
- Improvement: The quality of the operation 'planTours' is improved for cases with remaining unplanned orders.
- Improvement: The vehicle assignment of the operation 'planTours' is improved for requests with heterogeneous fleets.
The cloud solution PTV xServer internet will be updated according to this plan:
