Performance issues when running sequence optimization

We are attempting to test a tour with 20 stops and the sequence optimization takes more than a minute. I want to ask what's your expectation for the execution time for something like this and also how I could proceed with troubleshoot the performance for this?

please provide your sample request (1:1 to me if needed). The optimization of 20 stops itself seems to be possible in way less than a minute.
But how about the distance matrix? Is it already available? Computed via HPR or conventional?
