XS1 to XS2 - Network-Penalties/Malus

Hey!
I've tried implementing the network-penalties/malus in xServer2 based on our xServer1 implementation.
In the xServer1 API the property “Legacy” which is part of the “AdditionalDataRules” has some conditional restrictions (DirOptCondMalus1-5).
I couldn’t find similar properties in the xServer2 API.
What will be the new behavior?
