Routing not possible in both directions

Hi,
i`ve a strange topic (and problem) about a routing, which is possible in one direction, but impossible in the opposite way.
i added both xml-requests and would be happy, if you are able to give me a hint (or a solution) how to enable both ways.

Hello Sebastian,

both requests work fine on https://xroute-eu-n-test.cloud.ptvgroup.com (EU City map TOMTOM 2019.1).
Did you use a local installation?
Or the cloud? If cloud: which service URL?

Hi Bernd,

sorry for the inconvenience, i did a mistake.
We are excluding some countries from routing and Russia was one of this countries.
I removed Russia, routing is possible for both directions..
