orderIdsNotPlanned (xTour2)

Post by peter.gheeraert »

Dear,

Via ToursResponse.orderIdsNotPlanned I get a list of unplanned orders. In xTour1 I could get the reason why the order is not planned via UnscheduledOrder.status (UnscheduledStopStatus).

How is this info obtained in xTour2?

Hello Peter,

as this topic probably requires a "visionary" statement I forwarded it to DEV + PM ;-)

Stay tuned!

Hello Peter,

here's some feedback from DEV:
  • xTour 2 offers the possibility to perform an insertOrder into tour action. This will show the violation of given restrictions.
  • Currently there's no roadmap to add a "unscheduledOrderAnalysis mechanism" into xTour2. This might be subject to change but probably not as additional mechanism within planTours.
Best regards,
Bernd

PS: I'd love to have the analysis as an option, too. It was a nice feature but according to DEV it wasted a lot of performance.
