best approach to find huge amount of orders

Our usecase:
We have every day aprox. 80  fixed orders which needs to be delivered on that particular day. Then we have about 1.400 potential orders which can be delivered on any day. The goal is to match the best potential orders with the fixed orders for a particular day. Then the process will be repeated for the next day.

Finally we should have optimized tours for every businessday.

What would be the best approach?

I guess we should talk about that scenario. The description is a bit too generic.
Get back to your local consultant (which is probably me ...)

I mean at least one question is "are you happy with creating a solution which fills "the day" with your mandatory "the day"-orders and some of the others (without fixing the other 1400)?
