from time to time I receive a request for "how to improve performance of xMapMatch?". After some exchange with DEV we can offer at least the following approach (without any negative impact on quality):
- Use the smallest available map that covers the region where you are active. For example the integration unit *France* requires about 1.8GB of disk space (less than 10% of the whole Europe City map).
