Pregrouping of locations

Hi there,

recently I've been asked for the usecase behind pregrouping of locations. There you go. The screenshot demonstrates why pregrouping of customers is meaningful even if you don't know the territory IDs in advance:

Left scenario: customers are not pregrouped which leads to the ugly effect that the island of Sardegna is supposed to be visited by 4 different sales reps.
Right scenario: by pregrouping the customers on the island we are able to reduce the number of sales reps who have to take care of Sardegna.

in xCluster 2 the grouping is enforced via the com.ptvgroup.xserver.xcluster.PlanningLocation.groupId

Unique identifier of a group of locations this location belongs to. Locations that are in the same group will be assigned to the same cluster.
