Hello kleffa and Bernd, thank you so much for your support,
Sure, that is the only chance I have, fixing them in the Tour by any equipment which link them and delete them from the input plan. I did it completely from the input plan as at first moment I understood from the documentation that the ...

How Fixation Type works
Hello experts,
These are the two possible fixation types in XTour:
VEHICLE_ORDERS: 2.1 All orders that are served by a vehicle must remain served by this vehicle. Additional orders can be assigned to this vehicle. In this case, the ID of the fixation corresponds to the vehicleId.

Re: Error communicating with backend module m0026
Hi Bernd,
I faced same problem several times during last week. We are now pointing to the productive server and happens when DIMA is called.
The json attached is not the one which failed but for sure that would have been failed as well. For the same execution the data changes just a bit.

Re: Optimization concept without costs
Hi Bernd,
Thank you! So you mean, from 2.30, with this OPTIFLOW, there is a kind of "cost schema" which is taken into account for the calculations even we do not provide any cost stuff to API, right? Is there any kind of example of those default cost rules?
By the way, what is the meaning of "Head ...

Optimization concept without costs
Hi Experts,
I read this post: viewtopic.php?p=5109&hilit=optimization#p5109
And I reached the conclusion that for Tours calculation, if we do not have Costs maintained the optimization is done with distances and not with times, right?

That was a good one... I did not pay attention to the service times so for me did not make sense.

Re: Groups Orders
Hi Bernd, coming back to this topic.
I changed the approach a bit I this is how I think to plan this requirement:
- we have 2 (simplest case) demands under the same location.
- those 2 demands must be executed in the same date and time (in opening window time StartTime=EndTime) and by 2 different ...

Re: Route Violated in LegReport and other doubts
Thank you for your quick answer.
You said "route cannot be given to the vehicle", but then how the times of the legs are calculated if the leg is violated (in the example also the flag of direct distance is false)?
Does it mean that there is an area where driver has to walk?
Thank you in advance

Route Violated in LegReport and other doubts
Hello,
I have doubts related to violations. When I receive a RouteViolation in LegReport (so, the leg is violated):
1) What is the reason of this violation? What is the meaning?
2) I would expect that in TourEvent-TourViolations a violation reason appear for the leg reported in the Leg but it is ...

Perfect, thank you so much!
My worries with the planning are with this case:

Fake demand: from 8:15 to 10:00.
How the system will behave if from Start Location of the technician there is no time enough to reach the location of the demand? Will it assign it with a ...
