How to set up an alert within NN minutes for a stop?

Hi Michael,

my user wants to implement an alert mechanism for some stops: if a driver is supposed to arrive at a stop within the next NN minutes we want to get a notification so we can prepare the ramp. It doesn't matter if the driver is furthe away but once the ETA is less than NN minutes from now we need the notification.

How do you recommend to create such a mechanism?
