Hi,

is it possible to consider each driving time under X minutes (for example 5) as X minutes in the xtour?

Example
Driving time point A to B = 3 minutes
Set driving time to 5 Minutes

sounds like you want to manipulate the distance matrix? This is possible with xDima but the combination of

• creation of distance matrix with xDima
• manipulation of distance matrix with xDima (read, evaluate and if needed: update)
• usage of distance matrix with xTour

isn't fully covered by the product specification as I'm not sure how "safe" this is in terms of "two modules access the dima".

We have a proper concept for this in xServer2 (designed especially for that usecase).

How about using the site period and site ID for the requirement?

Hi,
thanks Bernd for reply, but this solutions sounds to complex for our current problem.
We go and merge this visits before we send them to the xServer and include the driving time in the service time.
