- Can MIRA run fully embedded inside a partner's TMS UI (like "Optiflow" today)?
- UX expectation: dispatchers should stay in their native graphical planning tool and interact with Mira via natural-language instructions.
Two years ago we had the same story with Optiflow SaaS when integrators said "we understand the competence of the Optiflow engine - but we need an approach that fits into our user scenario" and that triggered us to define the PTV Developer Route Optimization Optiflow API.
Our product management is well aware of that need and I am quite confident that we will find an approach that matches the partner solution scenario.
