- Improvement: When running on Linux PTV xServer now requires Ubuntu 24.04 LTS instead of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. We recommend to run PTV xServer on Windows Server 2025 instead of Windows Server 2019.

- Bugfix: Fixed crash for the operation 'getSegments' with combined transports IDs from other maps.
- Bugfix: The operation 'createFeatureLayer' no longer creates temporary folders that are not cleaned up when using the result field 'binaryFeatureLayer'.
- Bugfix: Residents only road penalties are no longer applied when the road is explicitly opened using custom Feature Layers.

xload - Improvement: The quality of the operation 'packBins' is improved when planning items with very different dimensions.
xlocate - Feature: Added the new operation 'suggestAddress' to get suggestions for one field of a multi-field address input. Please note that this operation is experimental.
- Improvement: When searching for a location only by a postal code, the number of results and the quality is increased.
- Bugfix: When searching for a location only by its name, superfluous subdistrict entries are no longer returned.

- Improvement: When using a 'PathWaypoint' which contains manipulate-route or combined-transport waypoints and no 'etaCalculationOptions' are specified, it is now possible to specify 'TourRestrictions'.
- Improvement: For long‑duration routes in combination with time-consideration scenario 'ExactTimeConsiderationAtStart', detailed break and rest period calculations are restricted to the first 24 hours.
- Bugfix: Fixed bug where 'countryCode' was empty in route events of type 'WAYPOINT' in special cases.
- Bugfix: Fixed bug when using 'PTV_RestrictionZones' in Austria that led to wrong route results.
- Bugfix: Fixed bug in the tour events when rounding errors led to additional breaks.
- Bugfix: Fixed bug when the start or destination location of a route is inside a toll section, the approximated toll cost was zero in special cases.
- Bugfix: When using the field 'workLogbookSummary' without a time-consideration scenario, an exception is returned.
- Bugfix: All low-emission zone events are reported, even if several zones overlap.
- Bugfix: Residents only road penalties are no longer applied when the road is explicitly opened using custom Feature Layers.
