Dresden Carola Brücke (Carolabridge)

We just patched the Traffic Incidents data for the Carola bridge in Dresden (collapsed 11.09.2024) :
- As you can see from the tooltip the blocking is defined for a period of 1 year
- Blue: false route - Green: patched one based on PTV_TrafficIncidents
