Please provide a sample request via email (
bernd.welter@ptvgroup.com) email.
Is the behaviour deterministic?

Hi Bernd,
I faced same problem several times during last week. We are now pointing to the productive server and happens when DIMA is called.
The json attached is not the one which failed but for sure that would have been failed as well. For the same execution the data changes just a bit.
I checked the data again and again but found nothing strange. The only point to mention is that the number of coordinates is high.
Thank you in advance

Hi Ignacio,
I don't know if you approached Bernd (now at
bernd.welter@ptvlogistics.com) or our support already. In cases of "Error communicating with backend module..." I strongly recommend contacting the official support channels.
I understand that you might not have the exact request that produced the error as applications usually don't need to log requests, but in such cases it's really important to have the exact request.
Concerning your attached request I also cannot find anything strange. I was able to run it successfully. One small piece of advice: You can use the restriction mode
AUTOMATIC to improve the calculation time. On the machine that I used it reduced the calculation time from almost 3 hours down to 1 hour and 37 minutes.
Best regards,
Max
