DriverRegulations in violated tours

Hello together,
I've been asked how PTV applies Driver Regulations (also known as Break- and Restrules) to tours within xTour if the tours are violated. Obviously a violated tour doesn't prevent us from calculating those events in a tour "time-way-schema". The question is: what is the goal that is consideren during the internal decision "where to put the breaks" even if the tour itself isn't rearranged (due to the violation). OK, here is the detailed answer from CORE DEV:
Have a nice easter weekend,

The question is: what is the goal that is consideren during the internal decision "where to put the breaks" even if the tour itself isn't rearranged (due to the violation). OK, here is the detailed answer from CORE DEV:
- Highest priority is the earliest end of the given (malicious) tour
- On prio B we focus on latest possible tour start
- The break itself is not optimized - we simply take care it is applied within the given time profile. IN other words: if placing the break at a later part of the tour causes a later end of the tour this is to be considered "worse" and the early break is preferred.
Have a nice easter weekend,
