Could not read configuration file logging.properties

This forum deals with any kind of trip optimization based on xTour1, xTour2 and the Developer APIs "RouteOptimization" and "SequenceOptimization". No matter whether it is automatic planning or manual dispatching, refering to transport orders or service planning.
Attention: this does not refer to PTV Optiflow SaaS and PTV Developer RouteOptimization Optiflow.

Could not read configuration file logging.properties

Hello guys,

I have set up two instances of xTour & xCluster 1.26, after the setup getting below errors:
ERROR;com.ptvgroup.xserver.framework.ModuleInstanceProcessWrapper;raw msg from m0008 - log4cxx: Could not read configuration file [..\xCluster-NorthAmerica\webapps\xcluster\WEB-INF\lib\logging.properties]
ERROR;com.ptvgroup.xserver.framework.ModuleInstanceProcessWrapper;raw msg from m0008 - log4cxx: Could not read configuration file [..\xCluster-here\webapps\xcluster\WEB-INF\lib\logging.properties].
ERROR;com.ptvgroup.xserver.framework.ModuleInstanceProcessWrapper;raw msg from m0012 - log4cxx: Could not read configuration file [..\xTour-HERE\webapps\xtour\WEB-INF\lib\logging.properties].
Could you please let me know how can I figure out the reason of this issue.
