Is there a parameter that ensures that a specific customer is visited only once in the whole planning period?

from how I understand the solution for your challenge is ...
Set the orders visitRhythmInWeeks to the value of the planning periods number of weeks.

e.g.: if your scope is about 8 weeks and the visit rhythm of an order is "each 8 weeks" the customer should be isited only once in the 8 weeks horizon.

Is that sufficient for you?
