New feature in xServer 2.37: Relax segment attributes

Here's an example for the feature mentioned in xRoute

Feature: Added support for relaxing Feature Layer attributes with custom Feature Layer like raising the height of a bridge and no longer the most restrictive attribute is valid.

• Original TruckAttributes below the major road are set to maxHeight=2.60m, vehicle's height is 2.50m

  

• With a vehicle height of 2.75m: detour

  

• Created a new segment attribute with a relaxing value of maxHeight=3.00m

  

• No detour required with a vehicle of 2.75m height
