One of our end customers uses a custom app for the processing of transport orders via truck drivers - We use the intents of PTV Navigator G1 to trigger the navigation to the next stop of the current tour in progress.
We are now testing the whether and how this fits into the new PTV Navigator G2: After an installation of G2 (Android) on a test device the jump from the custom app into the G2 did not work out of the box.
Instead we have received the error message that PTV Navigator is not installed.
Can you guide us here? Is there a migration guide available? Are there any known obstacles?

Probably the underlying problem is caused by the fact that the products PTV Navigator G1 and Navigator G2 have different package names: If you try to establish a communication with the interface you need to ensure that you talk to the correct app.
Depending on the reseller Navigator G1 uses a specific package name.
With G2 this is compareably simple: If you download G2 from our PTV website the package name is com.ptv.navigation.app. If you downlowad it from Google's Managed Playstore after activation through PTV the package name is
com.ptvlogistics.navigatior.
Please check whether the info above helps to resolve the issue. If it doesn't please get back to our support.
We also provide a test file riTest.zip on the G2 website. This can be helpful during the integration phase.
