Do API users require the browser frontend?

One quick question has been raised recently: Imagine a user has access to

• OrderBook API
• Ressource Management API
• Planning API
• Release API

Would he still need to use the browser frontend?
The answer is : YES, you still need to use the browser to orchestrate the planning..

Users who want a fully integrated "partner" solution are supposed to use the PTV Developer API names "RouteOptimization V2" which is based on the Optiflow core engine.
