OvernightStay : decision criteria

I've been asked for the criteria that applies when we have to decide about an overnight stay in xCluster's planVisit. Here's an example:

Here's the direct comparison. By staying in the hotel it is pssible to save about 1:30 traveltime - with equal service times for both scenarios.

And here are the detailed views:

  In this example the decision is "drive back home"

  Here the decision is "stay at the hotel"

The behaviour is controlled by the OvernightStayOptions which are defining some threshold values that are checked when potential sequences with / without hotels are compared.

in xTour1.planOvernight we used to apply some cost driven factors such as "costs per overnight stay" which were applied together with a drivers costsPerKilometer and costsPerWorkingHour. This approach isn't used anymore.
