TimeConsideration: Difference between SnapShot and TollOnly

Since v2.26 we offer a new TimeConsideration mode: TollOnlyTimeConsideration

Question: what is the impact of this new mode? When should we apply it?
Answer: the routing geometry is calculated in the same way as with TimeConsideration==NULL but we then apply the toll tariffs that apply at the given reference time... This could be helpful for a quick computation of toll costs. Due to the reference time it also ensures that also countries with time dependent toll are considered. Check this article, too.
