Split toll events between countries (XS-4257)

Hi,

XS-4257

I calculated inofficial toll distances for countries which do not provide any official toll distances according to https://xserver.ptvgroup.com/forum/view ... f=7&t=1328

However, when I use the following route:
Madrid -> Paris -> Karlsruhe

I get 1 Toll event ENTER in spain and the next Toll event EXIT is already in France. When I use the approach of the link above I have to calculate the difference between those two events but a part of it belongs to Spain and the other part belongs to France. How to deal with that?
