Who is responsible for the data supply process?

HI there,

a prospect of mine wants to get more info about the technical and functional requirements and specs of xIntermodal.
He deals with various transport modes such as trucks, ferries and even planes.

What he would like to know in detail is who is responsible to provide the schedules of the ferries and planes to the service? Does PTV provide standard timetables or is this a task for the customer's admins?
