Hello,
I would like to ask and maybe someone could explain why PTV navigator is not fully listening to the instructions of BCR file? Why PTV calculates different route? I attached 2 photos with calculation problem.
Blue line means how route was planned(calculated) by manager.
Green line means how route was calculated by PTV.
Red line means how driver has drived.
What kind of problem it could be? maybe there are any options to strictly follow the BCR instructions? It is not the first time we are having same problems.

BCRs look good,
calculated routes as well (see attachments, as my location is Karlsruhe, he starts from there)
What I did is, to send the BCRs per mail to the device, then double click on the attachment to start navigator with it.
Is the same as in the screenshots happening on your side?
If yes, then, what may be, is that there have been a rerouting on the route, and he recalculates the route.
This recalculation depends on the setting in the vehicle profile "follow predefined routes"
If you set it on "loose, you give the algorithm more possibilities to decide on its own, if this is unwanted, please set it to normal or strict

On our side "follow predefined routes" is always set to strict.
and on our side when we opening BCR file we are getting same calculations as driver(calculated from Lithuania), i attached what kind of route we are getting.
And also attaching our settings profile that we are using in zip file.
