We are using xTour Internet and want to plan a tour for let's say tomorrow evening. How can we specify the time of the day at which the tour should start? I read about the reference time point and about ...

Note 2: are you sure you want to use UTC+1? Keep in mind that due to daylight saving times Central European Time is currently UTC+2
Be careful: The date which I used is 2018-01-01 T14:00:00.000+01:00. On this date there is no daylight saving times.
