Re: Usecase: Map&Guide ROAD EDITOR
Among other things we would like to have the following: Custom road blocks are in the RE database and are taken into account with the existing TruckAttributes layer. Currently our customers have to go through these manual steps in order to both use custom road blocks and the TruckAttributes layer: E...

Re: Best way to get trucks onto dirt roads
I got an answer through Support that works for me: I checked the according routing and there are segments that a truck is not allowed to pass through. What you could do, so as to ignore these restrictions is to enable the isDelivery attribute in your truckfast profile (or in the profile snippet). Ad...

Best way to get trucks onto dirt roads
What is the best method to get trucks onto dirt roads? We have a customer that actually builds roads and their trucks need to be routed over dirt roads that normally would not be used. The carfast profile is an option instead of the truckfast profile, but I'd rather keep using the truckfast profile....

Maneuver LeftTurnCost exists?
We would like to avoid left turns as many express companies have that as a policy in the USA since it is faster and introduces less accidents. I could not find this option in the xRoute profiles. Does one exist?

Is xLocate in China down?
We're having some issues with connecting to xLocate hosted in China, but xMap and xRoute seem to work. Any ideas?

Re: Which versions of xServer are supported?
Thanks both! The reason we are lagging behind is that we do regression testing with our software. Then our customers do the same and then we go live with a version that is probably no longer the latest version. By the way, on the developer blog I see dates like 01/04/2017, but that is January 4th 20...

Which versions of xServer are supported?
We have some customers running on xServer 1.16, I recently heard PTV stopped supporting that version? What versions are supported and what is the policy here?

What do the fields in xroute-server.log mean? (xServer1)
For example, I have this line in that log, but I'm curious to what especially the bold numbers mean: 2016-06-28 14:20:23,714;INFO;RequestTimes;req-986660-1467141600948;172.16.16.16;unknown-http;30030;unknown-cluster;XRoute.calculateRoute;true;;;;default;xroute.1; 1;0;0;127;0;22622;128;22752;NO-TXN;;...
